Ridiculously turrable movie

I’m not one to critique movies, but this slice of toilet paper, had me shaking my head every other sentence. I made the mistake of paying to see the awful ’Wrath of the Titans’–yes, I’m the one. They actually used the ‘if the kids stop believing, we lose power to the sleigh’ story line… CG ruled this ‘movie’. Story means nothing anymore. It seems Hollywood phones it in, and doesn’t even bother trying for something new. I laughed out loud when the absurd Zeus says, “There’s still good in you hades, I know it”. Really?  Puh thetic. Not even Redbox worthy.  Turrible knuckleheads, just turrable.

Vacation?

I had vacation planned for a time after a long project at work. Yep, a weeks worth of no coding, thinking, or worrying. I was ready. I had movies at the ready, books stacked to be  forgotten to be read (I’m being honest), and a whole lotta  sleep waitin’ for me. After one day, I was back at work muddling through bad code–that I wrote a year ago in forms not MVC–to get an app working smoothly again. Vacation can wait, there’s coding to re-write… Gotta love vacation!
